Proofs
- Your proof will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of purchase.
- Reply to that email with your changes or approval.
- We are happy to provide a second complimentary proof. Thereafter, each additional proof will be provided for a $10 design fee.
- We do not print any orders until we have received approval.
- We will not refund any design once approved by you, as your email approval is your digital signature that everything is correct and you are happy with it. Please triple check everything.
Colors, Fonts, and Back Panel
- When purchasing your order, you can specify if you would like a color scheme other than the example.
- If you have a specific font you would like used, or would like to see a different font, please specify so at checkout. You will need to provide us with the new font file and if it requires us to purchase the font, the amount of the font will be billed to you.
- All of our invitations and cards are printed front and back. This can be the designed back panel that comes standard, we can add additional photographs, or we can add additional verbiage for an addtl $15.00. Please specify any back panel changes you might like at checkout.
- Our logo is included on the back of each invitation and card. Logo removal fees start at $150.

Envelopes
- All of our invitations and cards come with complimentary white 80# envelopes.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations may occur before your proof has been approved.
- You will be refunded your total, minus a $25 processing fee. If you decide to cancel your print order after multiple rounds of proofs, a minimum $65 design and processing fee will be assessed accordingly.
- If you need to make a change to an approved order, we can discount you for a reorder.
- Refunds will not be issued for typos, misprints, etc. that were approved by the customer. Please be sure to check and approve all proofs from a computer and not a phone or Ipad device.
- If you are dissatisfied with colors, photographs, or any changes that we’ve advised against, we will not be able to issue any refunds or credits towards your order.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 4-5 days of receiving your order.
- The order must be returned to us in it’s original packaging (you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.)
- We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet a dissatisfactory condition.
- We will not refund or reprint orders lost by the USPS. (We have yet to lose an order through USPS -knock on wood- but these things do happen.) While the price on this shipping method looks tempting, USPS has an unreliable reputation when it comes to delivering packages on time or delivering them at all. Their shipment times are suggestions, while other carriers are gurantees. USPS tracking information may not update for a week, and when it does, it may say your package was delivered and it never was. USPS won’t reimburse us when they lose your order, so if your order is important to you, please go with UPS as your shipping method!
Shipping
- All USPS orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-Day®.
- UPS orders are shipped UPS Ground.
- Our Rush option is shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, but our processing times are still the same.
Missing Print Items
•If you have recieved your order and the total amount of stationery is NOT correct, you have 3 days from recieving the package to contact us.
- We will make it right by reprinting and getting you the correct amount sent to you asap with upgraded 3 day shipping. Please note normal print times still apply for printing and we apologize if we have miscounted and are doing eveything needed to send you the correct amount right away.
- We will NOT issue refunds for missed quantities or your whole order, however we will make sure you get the amount you ordered in a timely manner within the 3 day time period! We suggest you order a few months ahead of needing to send them out so that you have at least 2 weeks to review your order and let us know if we need to adjsut anything for you.
Social Media
In the event of a mishap or misunderstanding, neither party may defame the other on social media or other public venues. We commit to communicate and come to a resolution privately.
