PERSONALIZED PROOF TURNAROUND TIMES
Your order will be personalized with your wording and emailed to you in digital jpg for you to review. A personalized digital proof will be emailed to the email address associated with your account within two (2) business days of ordering (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays). Our average turnaround time on proofs is less than two (2) business days.
REVIEWING AND APPROVING YOUR PRODUCTS
You will have the opportunity to review the cards for errors and make edits to the wording as needed. Please use the email we sent to reply back with changes. Please allow another 1 to 2 business days to have the edited proof revision again sent to your email for review and finalization. The new proof will also require your approval in order for the cards to be printed by submitting our approval form

PERSONALIZED ITEMS TURNAROUND TIMES
Your order will be submitted for printing within one (1) business day after you have approved the final digital proof (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays). Turnaround time is approximately eight to ten (8-10) business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays) from approval of the final digital proof until you receive your printed order. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once it ships. We make every effort to meet or exceed our posted timelines. *Please contact us for upgraded shipping choices available.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Personalized invitations & stationery, advice for the bride cards and recipe for the bride cards are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (an estimated 2-3 day service depending upon destination, but not guaranteed by USPS). Odd Lot Paperie™ currently only ships to USA domestic addresses via our online ordering. FOR OUT OF US ORDERS PLEASE

Once your order ships, a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment for the estimated arrival time. In the event that your order is late or does not arrive as scheduled, please use the USPS tracking number to track the whereabouts of your package. Please contact
