Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once products have been printed and shipped. So we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of each order before approving printing.
Please be sure to review our cancellation & refund policies as your are ordering personalized products. If there is something that you are not satisfied with due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately via email so we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. Please read below for our policies on cancellations and refunds.
PRINTED STATIONERY
If work has not started on your personalized stationery order and you wish to cancel, we will refund your order less a $5.95 processing fee to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your personalized stationery order after receiving your first digital proof, we will refund your order minus a minimum $25 design and processing fee. If you decide to cancel your personalized order after multiple rounds of digital proofs, we will refund your order less a minimum $35 design and processing fee which will be assessed accordingly.
For all personalized printed stationery items, a customized digital proof will be emailed within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays) to the email address provided in your account. Three (2) proofs are included free of charge. Additional rounds of changes are billed at $9.95 per proof. Please be sure to thoroughly review your digital proof for any errors or misspelled words in addition to verifying that all dates and times are correct. By approving your final digital proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. Odd Lot Paperie is not responsible for errors including misspelled words or incorrect information on approved digital proofs. Odd Lot Paperie is not responsible for the cost of reprinting due to any errors you have approved nor will a refund be issued as per our cancellation & refund policies.
Once you approve your final digital proof, the printing process will start and there are no changes, cancellations or refunds.
All sales are final due to their personalized nature. Please be aware that every monitor and printer is calibrated differently resulting in variations from what appears on the screen. Paper type and color may also affect the color upon final printed output therefore exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact Odd Lot Paperie immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. Any damage must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
Should the product you receive have an issue with the printing or is lost or damaged in shipping, we will offer to (1) reprint your order and expedite the shipping on the reprint or (2) issue a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances. You will be (1) required to provide us with a digital photo of any alleged printing issues or (2) return one printed card to us at your expense via USPS mail for our review, before a reprint, store credit, or refund is issued. Refund or reprinting will be determined solely at our discretion.
